Our Policy And Requirements For Service Installation
We want our customers to have the best wireless Internet service available. In order to make sure that your Internet connectivity is optimum and as reliable as possible we follow strict guidelines for your installation. Most of our plans rely on a clear line of sight to an available access point. The technology we use in most cases is designed to work and needs….A CLEAR LINE OF SIGHT. The site survey takes into account any future potential obstructions that may interfere with clear line of sight. For locations with non line of site we use a different type of technology designed to penetrate foliage within a limited distance which is a bit more expensive but delivers the same great service.
Because we have the largest wireless coverage area of any wireless Internet provider with over 40 access locations in Kittitas County many customers are able to see more than one access point. A site survey and bandwidth test is performed before installation occurs and if it passes our standards then your location is validated for an installation. We will not install a location unless it has optimum potential to deliver the best service possible. The installer knows the best location on your building to mount equipment for the best service possible. If you wish equipment to be located in any other location other than what the installer determines we will not guarantee performance of your service.
The following information details what you can expect from a standard installation and should be clearly understood before you open an account and schedule a technician for service. If you have any questions regarding these procedures or if you have special circumstances which are outside of these perimeters please phone 509-852-2084 or call support at 509-859-6034 and we will be happy to speak with you. We look forward to serving you!
