The first round of system maintenance took place around 4:15 a.m. on November 17, 2017 and was successful.
There will be two planned service interruptions as our upstream provider performs fiber splicing and network upgrading procedures in the Ellensburg area. All customers can expect a hard shut down of service for approximately 30 minutes on the 17th and up to 1 hour on the 22nd. Service will be lost sometime between the hours of 12:01 a.m. to 6:01 a.m. on those scheduled days.
If you have a problem getting back online after the work is finished a rebooting of your interior router may be necessary. To reboot your router just unplug the small round cable from the power adapter from the back of your router for approximately 20 seconds and then plug it back in. Wait about 20 more seconds and then you should be able to access the Internet.
Remember, Rebooting is permitted! Resetting is not!
