We will soon begin working on improving your Internet service in the upper county with the installation of new equipment.
This work will be performed in stages to minimize interruptions in customer service. The first stage of the process has already taken place on June 14, 2017 with the installation of new backhaul systems which will feed areas of Cle Elum, Teanaway Grange area, Lookout Mountain, Elk Meadows, Elk Park ll, Sun Country, and the Wood Duck Bull Frog areas. Testing of the backhaul system may cause intermittent interruptions in service which may last up to 5 minutes. Once the backhaul systems have passed testing we will begin updating and installing new customer access point equipment. These changes will greatly improve your service by reducing latency and response time as well as further minimizing interference issues.
This process should be completed by the second week in July. We thank you for your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please visit our website often for current information regarding your service.
Thank you for being a terrific customer!
