A fiber line of our provider has been severed somewhere outside of our network. Their crews are working on splicing and repairing the damage and will begin re-routing traffic to restore service. This process could take some time and it is outside of our control and we all have to wait it out.
Again, there is nothing wrong with your equipment or our network the problem is outside of our network.
