We are happy to announce that we are in the process of installing a new customer management system that will give our customers the ability to manage their wireless Internet accounts. The system will allow customers to control how they would like to pay for their monthly service, manage credit information, initiate support service tickets and request site surveys within an interactive mapping interface of our coverage areas.
Many of our customers have been asking for this feature for quite sometime and we have been looking for the right program that would suit the needs of customers as well as ours while working in a seamless manner. Customers will have the ability to log into their own account with a username and password through a secure customer portal and manage contact and payment information.
In the very near future we will be sending notices via email, telephone and direct mailing informing customers on how they will be able to access the system. It is very important that we have your current contact information so if you have changed your phone number or email address we need to know! Please phone our office at 509-852-2084 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday to update this information as soon as possible. You may also phone our support line at 509-859-6034 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and someone will help you.
