Manage Your Customer Account!

 

Many of you are now seeing a new invoice in your email. The new customer management system has sent you this invoice.

If you have been paying your invoice in the past by logging into the Intuit site to pay your bill things will be different. You will now see a login box but do not enter in the username and password you created for the Intuit payment process.

To setup an account in the new system just click on the green bar at the bottom of the login box. You will see a box pop up asking you to enter your email address that we have on file for you. Once the system verifies the email address it will send you an email with instructions for creating your new account.

 

We are in the early phases of development with the new system and will be tweaking and fine tuning things in order to provide you with the best wireless Internet service and customer support available. Just hang in there and as we go through the polishing process things will start to look pretty good!
